雲嘉南地區青年農民有機農業訓練成效評估之研究

Studies on the Training Effectiveness of Young Farmers for Organic Farming in Tainan District

摘要

本研究主要是調查2011～2013年農民學院有機農業初階班及進階班的學員在結訓後的農業經營狀況及對課程內容的認同度來評估課程內容的妥適性。研究結果顯示，在經營效益方面，有30％的學員受訓完後，在農產品的銷售額及收益方面有提高1～10％，且有機驗證取得與否，對銷售額及利潤有顯著的影響，但與擴大經營面積與否無關；在不同層級別的有機農業訓練班中，則以進階班學員的經營獲利較初階班的學員為佳。在課程認同度方面，以「農產品品質管理能力」課程認同度最高，「農場田間規劃能力」及「農場田間管理能力」最低。建議未來針對有機農業課程規劃，可依照農民的能力不同，在有機初階班加強農場田間規劃能力，進階班則加強各類作物栽培管理能力，並且積極輔導學員取得有機驗證以提高學員收益，落實訓練的意義。

This study is to investigate the adequacy of organic agricultural courses which based on the evaluation of agriculture management condition and recognition of course from those participants who had been trained with primary and advanced organic agriculture courses from 2011 to 2013. The results show that from economic benefits aspect, 30% participants indicted that they have increased their sales volume and profits from 1 to 10% after the training courses. Moreover, obtaining the organic product certification remarkably influenced the sales volume and profits but showed no relation to extend their operation scale. The participants whose performance of advanced course is better than those in primary course when comparing operating profits in different levels courses. With the aspect of course recognition, the top one is ＂Agricultural quality management capabilities＂ and the lowest ones are ＂Operation field programming capabilities＂ and ＂Operation field management capabilities＂. It is recommended that for future courses planning, primary courses should enhance the capabilities of field programming and advanced courses should strengthen the cultivation and management capabilities of crops. In this way, these courses could fulfill the purpose of training and actively help the participants to get the organic product certification and increase the profits.
