土壤接種溶磷菌對小白菜生育及氮、磷吸收之影響

Effect of Soil Inoculation of Phosphate-Solubilizing Microorganisms on the Growth and Nitrogen and Phosphorus Uptake of Pai-tsai

本試驗以盆栽方式進行,目的在探討從作物根圈分離篩選獲得之四種溶磷菌(Pseudomonas spinosa、Burkholderia cepacia (b)、Penicillium sp.、Aspergillus sp.),接種於土壤後對小白菜生育及氮、磷吸收之影響。試驗結果顯示,四種溶磷菌當中,其中Pseudomonas spinosa及Aspergillus sp.可促進小白菜生育及養分之吸收,小白菜單株產量較對照組分別增加25 g(26.5%)及27 g(28.7%)、乾重分別增加1.12 g(22.8%)及1.29 g(26.2%),氮之吸收量分別增加66 mg(24.7%)及71 mg(26.6%)、磷之吸收量分別增加1.0 mg(4.1%)及2.2 mg(8.9%)。

The pot experiment was conducted in the station to determine the effect of 4 phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms, Pseudomonas spinosa, Burkholderia cepacia (b), Penicillium sp. and Aspergillus sp. which isolated from rhizosphere and selected from 12 isolates, on the growth and nitrogen and phosphorus uptake of Pai-tsai by means of soil inoculation method. The results of the experiment showed that among the 4 phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms, Pseudomonas spinosa and Aspergillus sp. could result in increasing yield of Pai-tsai with 25 g plant^(-1) (26.5%) and 27 g plant^(-1) (28.7%), respectively, and increasing dry weight with 1.12 g plant^(-1) (22.8%) and 1.29 g plan^(-1) (26.2%), respectively, while the uptake of nitrogen was increased with 66 mg plant^(-1) (24.7%) and 71 mg plant^(-1) (26.6%), respectively, and the uptake of phosphorus was increased with 1.0 mg plant^(-1) (4.1%) and 2.2 mg plant^(-1) (8.9%), respectively.
