電動葉菜散裝收穫機之開發

The Development of Electric Leafy Vegetable Bulk Harvester

摘要


本研發係一種以電力為主要動力之電動葉菜散裝收穫機。該機包括車體主結構、採收部、電力組合系統、行走控制系統、履帶底盤、電動馬達及夾持輸送等機構,其中車體係採用履帶式搬運車,履帶外寬57 cm,內寬23 cm,24 V直流電動馬達額定輸出750 W,最大輸出功率為1.2 kW,使用電壓24 V電容量85 Ah的磷酸鐵鋰電池2顆並聯。本機夾持輸送機構採用可撓曲膠布組成,傳統收穫機多採用鐵製鏈條作為輸送機構。本機採收部割寬為1 m,行走變速箱具備前進3檔後退1檔,機械行走作業速度每分鐘4.5 m,經測試葉菜收穫損傷率在5%以下;由於採用電力為動力,不產生廢氣可避免污染。採用本機收穫相較人工收穫節省66.6%時間,可減緩採收工作辛勞。

This study developed an electric leafy vegetable bulk harvester with electricity as the main power. The machine includes a main body structure, a harvesting mechanism, a power combination system, a walking control system, a crawler chassis, an electric motor, and a conveying and clamping mechanism. The machine use crawler truck as main body. The crawler track of the machine has 57 cm outer width. The machine uses an electric motor which rated output is 750 W and 1.2 kW maximum output. The machine uses two 24 V 85 Ah lithium iron phosphate batteries. The width of the cutter is 1 meter, and the traveling gearbox has gear position of 3 forward and 1 backward which can be selected. The walking speed of this machine is 4.5 meters per minute.
