摘要


本研究以感應偶合電漿原于發射光譜測定尿中鉛、鎘及銅之含量。檢體先經消化,萃取後再行儀器分析。本研究並找出最適之儀器分析條件。分析之可靠性以ORTHO出品之標準尿樣加以驗證。本法實際應用於分析30名健康人之尿樣,其結果如下:鉛,43.3±1.4μg/ℓ;鎘,4.6±1.4μg/ℓ;銅,20.2±4.7μg/ℓ。

The present study deals with the determination of Pb, Cd and Cu in urine by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. the elements are determained after preconcentration and separation from matarix elements. Optimum working conditions are determined. The reliability was checked with ORTHO Bilevel Standard Urine. The assays on 30 healthy subjects gave the following results: Pb, 43.3±1.4μg/ℓ; Cd, .6±1.4μg/ℓ; Cu, 20.2±4.7μg/ℓ.
