原子吸收光譜法測定健康人體尿中的鋅

Quantitative Analysis of Zn in Human Urine by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要


人體尿液以HClO4-HNO3(1:4, V/V)混合酸消化後,再以火焰原子吸收光譜儀測定尿液中鋅的含量,並且對於尿液測定的前處理方法進行研究。本方法線性範圍為0.1~15.0μg/mL,檢出限為0.05μg/mL,回收率為95.5~106.0%。建立的方法可用於準確分析人體尿中的鋅,結果滿意。

A method was set up for the determination of Zn in human urine by flame atomic absorption spectrometry with sample pretreatment by 1:4 ratio of mixture of HClO4-HNO3. The liner range is 0.1~15.0 μg/mL with the detection limit of 0.05 μg /mL and the recovery of 95.5%~106.0%. The method is reproducible and satifactory for determination of Zn in human urine.
