高雄縣大寮鄉學齡前兒童蟯蟲感染因素的探討

摘要

為瞭解高雄縣大竂鄉學齡前兒童蟯蟲感染因素，隨機抽樣選取大竂鄉七家幼稚園學童，進行連續兩天玻璃膠紙肛圍擦拭法(two-consecutive-day adhesive cellophane paper perianal swabs)檢查學童蟯蟲感染情形，同時以問卷訪問學童家長，問卷內容包括；學童年齡、性別、衛生習慣，家中住屋情形，家長之年齡、教育程度、職業測試家長對蟯蟲之認知等，有效樣本共計555名學童。
以卡方檢定(Chi-square test)及相關係數分析結果顯示，與高雄縣大竂鄉學齡前兒童蟯蟲感染有顯著相關的因素有：吃零食習慣、咬手指習慣、住屋之室內大小、打掃方式及兒童主要活動空間、家長對於肛門口是蟯蟲卵污染來源，在床上或臥室吃東西與蟯蟲重覆感染有關及淋浴可預防蟯蟲重覆感染的三項認知，及父親教育程度。
抓用後退選擇(backward selection)來建立邏輯迴歸模式(logistic regression model)，以預測蟯蟲感染機會，結果顯示可預測學齡前兒童感染蟯蟲的機會之變項有：吃零食習慣、咬手指習慣，住屋大小，家長對於淋浴可預防蟯蟲重覆感染的譇知，及父親教育程度等五項。

In order to study the factors related to En-terobius vermicularis infection among pre-school children in Ta-Liao District of Kaohsiung Cou-nty, a questionnaire was designed to interview parents of preschool children selected by ran-dom sampling from 7 kindergartens in Ta-Liao District. Enterobius in fections in the children were then examined by using two-consecutive-day adhesive cellophane paper perianial swabs. The effective sample numbered 555 children.
Variables causing the infection among in-fected and non-infected children wee analyzed by chi-square test and point-biserial correlation. The results indicated that there were significant relationship between infection and the follow items: having snacks; sucking fingers; size of house; ways of cleaning house; place of ac-tivities; parent’s cognizing that anus is the po-lluted source of eggs; recognition of the cause-and-effect relationship between eating in the bedroom and being reinfected with Enterobius; recognition of preventing reinfection of Enter-obius by taking a shower; and educational black-ground of father.
Through logistic regression analysis with backward selection, the authors constructed a predicting model which can predict the infection rate of E. vermicularis among pre-school chi-ldren according to the habit of having snacks, the habit of sucking fingers, size of house, pa-rent’s recognizing that taking a shower can pre-vent people from reinfection, and the educa-tional background of father.
