本文旨在針對齒輪七連桿機構,藉由改變輸入曲柄之轉速軌跡、齒輪速比及相位角,使沖床產生期望之成型性能,以滿足不同之機械成型製程的需求,使沖床兼具可程式性及應用彈性。輸入曲柄之轉速軌跡、齒輪速比及相位角各項設計參數利用Bezier曲線及最佳化方法求得。並以設計實例驗證本文之可行性。
A geared seven-bar mechanism, which can be applied to a mechanical forming press with desired forming performance in different forming processes, is proven to be feasible in this paper. By properly designing the speed trajectory of the driving crank with Bezier curve and determining the phase angle and gear ratio between two gears can make it programmable and flexible for different forming processes.
