Design of a Configurable Cell Controller for Flexible Manufacturing Systems
可勾構彈性製造系統單元控制器設計
摘要
一個理想的單元控制器應具有整合功能，本文所設計的整合環境包含有一個編輯器和一個具有及時監督功能的模擬器。作者先前已經針對一個實際彈性製造系統完成其各下層機台的模擬器。本文將更進一步完成其單元控制器的整合功能，本文所提出可勾構單元控制器的優點是可以大幅降低工程師們在研究發展階段所面臨的困境。本文將以一個實際彈性製造系統之單元控制器來說明其設計方法及驗證。

An ideal environment of a cell controller can provide us an integrated function. The integrated functions include an editor function, a simulation function and a monitor function in time. In our former paper (Huang et al., 2006), we have proposed the emulator environment of a real-world flexible manufacturing system. In this paper, a configurable cell controller for the flexible manufacturing systems is proposed whose has the integrated functions. The advantage of the configurable cell controller is that the engineers can reduce their efforts and can deal with some frustrating situations in the beginning of research and development. For demonstrating the configurable cell controller, a real-world flexible manufacturing system is examined in this paper.
