Forming Analysis and Defect Improvement of T-type Circular Pipe Fastener

圓管T型扣件成形分析及不良改善

摘要


This study mainly aims at the investigation on the reasons due to the occurrence for the folding defects that yielded from forging T-type circular pipe fastener, and proposes improvements in forming methods for expecting to eliminate folding defects. By using commercial simulation software to simulate the original forming methods, and set the forging stream line at blank grid points to observe the blank's flowing direction and reasons of occurring folding in the forging process, as well as focus on the starting point occurring the folding defects to improve the corresponding forming methods to achieve the requirement of specifications. This study proposes very good forming methods comparing the realistic stream line of product to improve the product quality.

本研究針對圓管T型扣件於鍛造時產生疊料的缺陷現象,進行發生原因的探討,並對於成形方法提出改善的對策,期能清除疊料的缺陷。藉由商用模擬軟體對原始成形方法進行模擬,並且在胚料網格點設定鍛流線,觀察胚料在鍛造過程中,鍛流線的流動方向及疊料產生原因,並針對其起因點改善其成形方法,以達到產品規格之要求。
