反思技巧-臨床護理教學指引

Reflection Skills: A Guide for Clinical Teaching in Nursing Practice

摘要


社會的變遷、科技與資訊的發展快速,醫療消費者需求提升,臨床護理人員的專業能力面對高度挑戰。反思是整合理論知識與實務的重要工具,目前反思運用在醫療專業人員教育訓練有增加的趨勢。在實務上,以學習者為中心的教學理念,反思學習是可以強化學習者護理專業批判性思考能力、溝通能力與問題處理能力,提供適切性護理措施與提升病人的照顧品質。本文將介紹反思之定義、反思學習的步驟與技巧、反思學習之執行策略,期望反思學習有助於臨床教學策略之改進,提升護理人員的專業照護能力。

The change of society, the rapid developments of technology and information and the high demand of health care consumers are challenging the professional ability of nurses. There is a trend that the reflection is adopted in health care professional training program since reflection is an important tool to integrate knowledge and practice. In practice, reflection strengthens the ability of handling complicated cases, diagnosing patients and providing health care. The purpose of this paper is to introduce what the reflection implies and the procedures and techniques of learning reflection and how to apply reflection to clinical setting. Refective learning helps the teaching strategy of training program in clinical setting and enhances the ability of the nurses in providing professional health care.
