Information and communication technologies in the government are at a major junction. The Internet converged with latest ICTs has the potential to create value for pubic services. The Internet is fundamentally changing the way in which services are delivered to the citizens and business community. By developing a new and advanced generation of systems it will be possible to lead the government to deliver innovative services for its citizens and business community, and to improve the quality of public services. There are some new public services model emerging, enabled by wireless, broadband and Web Services technologies, which are reshaping the future of public services to M-services, U-services, and citizen-centric services.
