Taiwan government launched its fight against drug abuses officially in May 1993. The fight has lasted over fourteen years, but drug problems cannot be effectively resolved yet. In order to formulate a brand-new strategy, the Executive Yuan established a new drug-control policy in June 2006 connecting four areas of anti-drug efforts including ”Drug Resistance”, ”Drug Rehabilitation”, ”Drug Enforcement”, and ”Drug Prevention”. Based on the new policy, this article will analyze its contents and enforcement.
