Reactions of Some Parameters to Estrogen Domination after Various Intervals of Spaying in Rats

雌性素在雌鼠卵巢截除後不同間隔上對若干重點現象之作用

摘要


用截除生殖腺之朗依凡氏(Long-Evans)大白鼠做實驗,發現無論就膽汁分泌率或膽酸和游離膽固醇的濃度來看,去睾丸的雄鼠與去卵巢的雌鼠廻然有別,致不能相互比較。卵巢截除後之求偶期,提高了膽汁之諸重點成份的濃度而抑制子宮與廻腸的動作,但抑制對子宮比對廻腸多。在卵巢截除鼠所引發的求偶期,與自然的求偶期不同,使膽汁之諸重點成份的濃度,隨著卵巢切除與喂孕婦尿間隔之延長而遞減,子宮動作的平均幅度則增加,此係與基本對照組相對而言。卵巢內分泌突然的增減所引起的混亂,可能産生異常的效果。所引起各有關的問題曾經提到並盡可能地予以討論。

Gonadectomized Long-Evans rats were used for this study. The secretory rate of bile and its concentrations of cholic acid and free cholesterol of the castrated male differed significantly from those of the spayed female, thus making mutual controlling impossible. Diestrus following spaying or surgical withdrawal of ovarian hormones raised considerably the said bile concentration parameters but depressed the uterine motility more than the ileal, while induced estrus in spayed rats, unlike natural estrus, caused stepwise significant decrease of the bile concentration parameters with each prolongation of the interval between spaying and PWU treatment in some cases, and a significant increase in uterine motility, its frequency being erratic. The decrease in the bile concentration parameters and the increase in uterine motility might be relative with respect to basic control only, while hormonal disturbances due to sudden withdrawal and administration of ovarian hormones might produce effects other than those strictly physiological. Related questions were raised and discussed.
