Effect of Serine and Tyrosine on Rat Liver Enzymes and Glycogen Content

絲胺基酸暨酪胺基酸對大白鼠肝中動物淀粉及酶之影響

摘要


本實驗旨在觀察絲按基酸,酪胺基酸分別單獨地,及二者以等分子量相混合劑量,對大白鼠肝中動物澱粉之含量,及肝葡萄糖六磷酯酶,轉按基酶以及阿金銀胺基酸酶之影響。 酪胺基酸對麩胺基酸草醋酸轉按基酶,麩胺基酸丙酮酸轉胺基酶,及阿金銀胺基酸酶有加強之作用。絲按基酸對上述三種酶有抑制作用。等分子量相混合絲腰基酸酪胺基酸,則介乎兩者之間。顯示此兩種胺基酸,對上述各種酶之作用相反,惟因各種酶之不同亦有差異。酪胺基酸對葡萄塘六磷酯酶,有增強其誘導之作用,但其去胺基後之α-酮酸有相反之作用,故其結果因相互抵消而無差異。絲胺基酸及等分子量相合絲胺基酸酪胺基酸則減低其效力。對肝澱粉而言,絲胺基酸有促進其增加之功效。酪胺基酸無此作用。等分子量絲腰基酸酪胺基酸亦介乎二者之間。

Physiol, 20(3): 183-189, 1969.-Tyrosine and serine-tyrosine equimolar mixture showed a reinforced inductive effect on GOT, GPT and arginase while serine on the contrary, repressed these enzymes, with serine-tyrosine mixture in between. Serine increased the hepatic glycogen content very gradually in the first 6 hours but became fast after, while tyrosine showed only slight increase at terminal stage with serine-tyrosine mixture effect lying in between. For glucose-6-phosphatase, tyrosine showed no significant change in the feeding period whereas serine and serine-tyrosine mixture are depressed. Finally, within the whole experimental period, because of the relatively earlier increament of GOT, GPT arginase and glucose-6-phosphatase with late increase in glycogen, it is assumed that gluconeogenesis is an important step in the metabolic process.
