Study on the Once-over Peanut Harvester

摘要


夾持式落花生收穫機由收穫頭一導入、扶起靴,斜升拔株輸送帶,水平輸送帶及脫莢滾筒,廻轉式粗選別柵,集莢及風選機構與底盤等機構組成。本機爲一貫作業式一挖掘、拔株、脫莢及精選等工作依序一次完成;其最佳睨莢轉速爲450~500rpm,相當於每秒5~6公尺之圓周線速度,田問工作能量視作物狀況而異,一般爲每小時介於7~15公畝之間,爲人工之20倍;其收穫品質爲:平均損傷率-1.45%,附子房柄率-5.6%,田間損失-4.6%,唯在收穫頭之強制搔入送株機構完成後將大幅降低。

The once over peanut harvester equipped with 30 hp diesel engine consists of the following operating units of plant dividers, inclined lifting conveyor, over hung conveyor picking roll, rotating separator, pod collecting conveyor, adjustable blower and crawler frame. The harvester will complete the operations of digging, lifting, picking and separating step by step during one path. The best picking speed range for the popular cultivar is between 450 to 500 rpm. Thus the peripheral speed is from 5 to 6mps. It has anaver age field capacity from 0.07 to 0.05 hectare per hour which depends on the status of plant and field. It has a time saving factor of 20 as compared to the conventional manual method. The qualities of the yield harvested by this harvester are as follows: Mean damage: 1.45%. Pod with the peg still attached: 5.6%. Over all field loss: 4.6%. As a result of analysis, it may reduce the field loss by adding a forcible feeding mechanism which attached to just ahead of the lifter.
