微生物接種對洋桔梗生長與植體磷變化之研究

Microbial Inoculation Effect on the Growth and Phosphorus Concentration of Eustoma grandiflorum

摘要


本試驗利用接種叢枝菌根菌、溶磷細菌及游離性固氮細菌,期能幫助洋桔梗生長。洋桔梗幼苗在4個葉片時進行接種試驗,栽培介質為蛭石、珍珠石與泥炭苔的混合物(體積比為6:3:1),生長溫度為23℃/18℃(白天/晚上),每週以修正過的霍格蘭營養液澆灌。在接種116天後,單獨接種菌根菌或游離性固氮菌皆可明顯地增加洋桔梗地上部與根之乾重,地上部乾重分別增加17%與52%,根乾重分別增加56%與50%。單獨接種溶磷細菌之處理與對照組無明顯差異。複合接種菌根菌與溶磷細菌或游離性固氮菌,或三種菌一起接種,這三種處理皆可明顯增加洋桔梗之地上部與根之乾重,地上部乾重分別增加30%,42%與39%,根乾重分別增加53%,53%與56%。複合接種菌根菌與游離性固氮菌及複合接種菌根菌、溶磷細菌與游離性固氮菌這兩種處理,洋桔梗之花朵數最多,明顯比對照組多2.4朵與3.2朵,且比對照組提早14天開花。接種菌根菌後再接種游離性固氮菌或溶磷綑菌,或三種菌複合接種,這三處理之菌根菌感染率皆比單獨接種菌根菌之處理者低,但地上部之乾重皆比單獨接種菌根菌之處理者重。不同的微生物接種處理對植體磷濃度皆無增加效果。

The main purpose for this experiment was to evaluate the effect of VA mycorrhizal fungi (VA), phosphate-solubilizing (PS), and free-living nitrogen-fixing (NF) bacteria on the growth of Eustoma grandiflorum. Plants with 4 true-leaves were used for inoculation. Bulbs of calla lily were grown in the vermiculite-perlite-peat medium (6:3:1, v/v/v) with day/night temperatures as 23/18℃ and were fertilized with modified Hoagland's solution weekly. The growth effect of the microbes to calla lily was investigated and measured 116 days after inoculation. Treatments inoculated with either VA mycorrhizal fungus (VA) and free-living nitrogen-fixing bacteria (NF) have significantly higher dry weight of shoot (17% and 52%, respectively) and dry weight of root (56% and 50%, respectively) than those of uninoculated treatments (control). The plant growth of the treatment inoculated with phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PS) was not significantly different from that of control. Any combination of VA+PS, VA+NF, or VA+PS+NF could promote 30%, 42%, and 39% dry weight of shoot, and 53%, 53% and 56% dry weight of root, respectively. Treatment inoculated with VA+NF and VA+NF+PS produced 2.4 and 3.2 flowers per plant, respectively, more than that of controls. Furthermore, these two treatments flowered 14 days earlier. Adding PS or NF to the VA inoculation, or mixing the three inoculants together caused slower in colonization rate. However, the shoot dry weight of each treatment is heavier than that of single VA inoculation. There is no promoting effect on phosphate uptake by plants among those different microbial inoculations.
