摘要


1.動物極部位之卵外綠尚有一層附著膜,未處理之卵其厚度為20微米,成熟後增至70微米;附着膜內有許多顆粒層細胞分佈着,在未處理之卵顆粒層細胞分佈於附着膜之底部,隨着成熟過程之演進,顆粒層細胞逐漸往外移動,成熟後完全與附著膜脫離。 2.未處理之卵,卵粒之體積小於成熟卵者,經福馬林固定後,其形狀也不同於成熟卵者,未處理之卵,卵黃粒呈圓形,成熟後變為多角形。 3.未處理之卵,核質呈嗜酸性反應,隨成熟過程之演進,則呈嗜碱性反應;此外,成熟後,核破裂,其內之物質被釋放,堆積於動物半球之上方。 4.成熟後,卵內之水分及灰分含量大量增加,脂質亦增加,但蛋白質及醣類含量則無明顯變化。

1. Catfish egg posses adhesive cap in the animal hemisphere. Its thickness is increased from 20 p of untreated egg to 70 p of mature egg. Inside the adhesive cap, many granulosa cells are embedded. These cells are distributed in the basal part of the adhesive cap in the untreated egg and move outward during maturation and finally slough off when the egg becomes matured. 2. The size of yolk granules of the untreated egg are much smaller than those of the mature egg. Upon fixation by formalin, the yolk granules of the untreated egg are round in shape whereas those of the mature egg assume a polygonal shape. 3. During maturation, the staining property of nucleoplasm is shifted from acidophilic to basophilic. Furthermore, the germinal vesicles are broken down and their contents are released and intermingle with the cytoplasm. The released basophilic nucleoplasm is only confined to the upper part of the animal hemisphere. 4. The water and ash content are increased greatly, whereas the lipid content is increased moderately when the egg becomes matured. On the other hand, there is no significant change in the protein and carbohydrate contents during maturation.
