Influence of Dietary N-3 Highly Unsaturated Fatty Acids on Tissue Lipids and Fatty Acid Composition of Thornfish(Terapon Jarbua)

摘要


爲瞭解合成清潔劑 LAS(Linear Alkylbenzene Sulfonate)對花身雞魚(Terapon jarbua)稚魚之血液組成所造成之毒性影響,本實驗利用血球計數器(Hemotology Analyzer)分別分析不同濃度(0.5,1.0,2.0 mg/1)LAS處理後7天、14天、21天,紅血球數(RBC)、血球容積比(Hct)、血紅素濃度(Hb)及MCHC値(Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin concentration)之變化。經過7天處理,1mg/l組花身雞魚之RBC已有明顯上升的趨勢,2 mg/l組之RBC、Hct、Hb均呈顯著增加。14天後,LAS處理組有明顯的恢復現象,相較於控制組已無明顯差異。LAS處理期間,各組MCHC値均無顯著差異示紅血球並無腫脹現象。

In order to investigate the hematological effects of detergent LAS,thornfish wereexposed chronically under sublethal concentrations of LAS.Four parameters(i.e.red bloodcell,hematocrit,hemoblogin,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration)were measuredto examine the toxic effects.After 7 days of treatment,the RBC number of individual exposed in 1 and 2 mg/lgroups increased significantly.The hematocrit and hemoglobin in 2 mg/l group alsoincreased 23% and 22% respectively.After 14 days of exposure,the RBC number in 1and 2 mg/l groups demonstrated an obvious recovery,the hematocrit and hemoglobin in1 and 2 mg/l groups also shifted to the values close to their control groups.The MCHCvalue reveals no significant difference among groups of various LAS concentration for periodsof exposure(7,14,21 days).
