陶瓷材料微結構特徵之影像輔助分析

摘要


本分析實驗是針對微結構複雜性較高之陶瓷材料的電子顯微鏡與光學顯微鏡照片,應用影像分析處理技術來建立所需之處理步驟與分析方法,藉以輔助分析晶粒、晶界與晶相之微結構。在晶界位置標定部分,已獲得所需之影像處理步驟。對於陶瓷材料的電子顯微鏡照片中之微結構,能夠提供快速及大量樣本進行統計計算分析,有助於減少人爲誤差及提高分析數據之正確性。

The purpose of this study is to use image analysis and processing techniques to analyze the SEM and OM photos of ceramic materials to determine the grain size and phase distribution. The key processing is to modify the brightness of objects and background in image, to uniform the image objects or background, in order to distinguish them easily. We used the necessary procedures and analysis method such as variance operator. This lets us extract the phase from which we select for analysis; this will also automatically count phase ration to speed the analysis and improve the accuracy.
