厚板用連鑄扁鋼胚之表面品質改善

Surface Quality Improvement for Continuously Cast HSLA Steel Slabs

摘要


為了提高合鈮高強度低合金連鑄扁鋼胚之表面品質及產率,其關鍵在於消除連鑄扁鋼胚的表面横裂(振動痕下的裂縫)。藉著降低二次冷却水的強度,改善熱傳導作用及避免NbCN及Al_n之析出,合鈮高強度低合金鋼扁鋼胚的表面横裂獲得有效的改善,並能符合厚板(大於25mm)的品質需求。根據多次的工場試驗結果,適切的比水量、冷却控制及冶金條件之管制能完全符合品質要求。

The key point for increasing the production yield and reducing the percentage of conditioning in Nb-bearing steel is to diminish the transverse cracks (oscillation mark cracks) on continuous cast slabs for heavy plate. By reducing the intensity of secondary cooling water to improve heat conduction and to prevent precipitation of AIN and NbCN, the transverse cracks on the Nb-bearing steel slabs can be suppressd to a harmless that is acceptable for heavy plate (>25mm). According to experimental results, with optimum specific water ratio and metallurgical conditions control, the quality can satisfy the requirements.
