不銹鋼SUS304溫間成型及材料組織之研究

Studying on the Drawability of SUS 304 Stainless Steel Sheet in Warm Working

摘要


本實驗採用溫間成型之方式,在常溫與再結晶溫度之間的操作溫度,對SUS304不銹鋼薄片,施行深抽拉成型試驗。溫間成型的過程,設立了三種操作變數:(1)溫度(50℃、70℃、100℃、125、150℃);(2)模具入口R-角,R=5、8、11;(3)潤滑劑,80 W/90、HD 220、85 W/140。實驗結果顯示,當溫度升高時,潤滑油之黏度會隨之下降,潤滑性能亦降低,因而不利於成型,其中以85W/140最佳,80/90次之,HD220再次之。當使用潤滑劑85W/140,其成型效果:R=5,隨著溫度增加,成型性能亦增加;R=8,隨著上升到150℃,成型性能變壞;R=11,隨著溫度上升到125℃,成型性能變差。

The SUS 304 Stainless Steel Sheet was formed into be a cup through deep drawing. Three parameters were selected in this experiment, those are, operation temperature (50, 75, 125, 150℃), the die inlet R-curvature(= 5, 8,11), and lubricant (80 W/90, HD 220, 85 W/140). It is found that the effect of lubricant 85 W/140 is the best, then 80W/90, and HD 220 is poorest when temperature is increased. If lubricant 85W/140 is fixed, when die R=5, the formability is increased with increasing temperature; but when die R=8, temperature above 150℃, and die R=11, above 125℃, it is getting poor. The punch cooling is necessary during the experiment, otherwise the formability gets poor too. The thickness and hardness distribution in the product is more uniform in warm working than in room temperature working.
