大陸地區砂石進口可行性分析

摘要

台灣砂石資源所面臨的問題就需求面而言，由於近年來隨著台灣經濟發展，各項民間營建工程與公共工程的陸續推動，造成國內對砂石需求持續增加；另就供給面而言，未來在西部河川砂石全面禁採下，除非將具有潛力之陸上砂石資源區與海域砂石全數加入開發生產，方能滿足國內未來砂石之需求。故長期而言台灣地區將無可避免地面臨砂石供需失衡的問題，在此情況下進口砂石就成為國內調節砂石供需失衡的一項選擇，故本文主要目的即針對大陸東南沿海三省之砂石進口可行性加以探討。

The supply-demand problems of the sand and gravel resources in Taiwan area could be illustrated with two sides. On the demand side, due to the economic development of Taiwan the demand of sand and gravel resouces have maintained growth. On the supply side, the sand and gravel from fluvial and stream channels have been excavated excessively and unlawfully in the past years. In the long-term, Taiwan will face the shortage crisis of the sand and gravel resources supply. Under such circumstances, to import the sand and gravel resources have become a way to solve this problem. The purpose of this article is to analysis the feasibility of importing the sand and gravel resources from Mainland area.
