鐵砧山氣田地下儲窖注產氣井套管水泥工程技術檢討

A Review of the Casing &Cementing Jobs for The Injection/Production Wells of The Underground Storage Project in TCS Gas Field

摘要


中油公司臺探總處於民國八十四年為調節LNG發電能源及市場增加天然氣用量之需要,而有LNG地下注儲計劃之舉。此一地下儲窖計畫,共規劃六口注產氣井,其中五口井為定向井,一口為直井,集中於同一井坪作叢式鑽鑿,先後在88年年中按計畫,順利執行完成。六口注產氣井負擔大量天然氣之注產工作,每日之吞吐量,每口注產氣井要求80萬立方公尺以上,為確保地下天然氣注儲構造之完整,六口注產氣井之套管水泥封固品質標準要求較一般油氣井高,施工中水泥工程之操作技術及水泥性質均列為監督重點,本文即針對整個下水泥技術斯重點予以檢討綜結歸納,祈對日後能有所參考。

In accordance with the economical development plan of R.O.C. Government and the daily increase of LNG requirements an injection/production well project was set up by TPED, Chinese Petroleum Corp., in 1995. There are 6 cluster wells having been drilled and completed in middle 1999. One is vertical and others directional. For maximum quantity in operation of Injection and Produce rate, the daily rate was set at 0.8 millions subsurface gas miaration was considered as the first target to ain at. The quality of casing & cement operation was strictly requested compare to other gas well requirements. This report is a compendium of the entire engineering procedure of each well. Hopefully it would be a drilling classic worthy for future worker's reference.
