含銅430不銹鋼熱加工性質影響之研究

摘要


不銹鋼中添加銅可使材料晶粒細化、提高材料強度,然而因為含銅量的增加致使材料易生熱間裂縫,本研究即探討此不銹鋼鑄胚在高溫下之熱加工性。結果顯示,隨試驗溫度增加,材料高溫抗拉強度具有隨溫度增高而下降之趨勢。以添加2.0wt%Cu為例,1200°C時之抗拉強度比1100°C時減少25N/mm^2,其他合金成份拉伸結果也具有類似現象;此外,隨著銅含量的增加,430不銹鋼之高溫抗拉強度隨之提高,相對地,代表在高溫延性區之斷面縮率於試驗溫度1200°C以下則具明顯下降之趨勢。

The stainless steel containing copper have the advantages such as grain refinement and rising strength. However, materials will be damaged easily by thermocrack when copper content is increased. This study discusses hot-working property of stainless steel ingots at hightemperatures. The results show that hot-working tensile strength decreases by increasing temperature. For example, adding 2.0 wt% Cu to stainless steel, the tensile strength at 1200°C is reduced 25 N/mm^2 than that at 1100°C. Other samples give similar results. On the other hands, the high temperature tensile strength of 430 stainless steel is raise by increasing copper content. Comparatively, it will have a tendency of decreasing reduction of area at temperatures below 1200°C.
