台東地區地工環境管理資訊系統之建置與應用

摘要

本調查研究係針對台東地區所轄行政區域之地形地势、地質構造、土壤岩性、氣象水文、流域水系等自然環境，以及道路系統與環境地質災害限制區、歷年人口變遷、工商發展特色及台東縣轄區內之市鄉建設環境現況等各類型資料，進行其地工環境特性調査與相關資料彙整分析探討。並將現地調查資料與地工環境基本圖層以GIS技術完成台東地區之地工環境管理資訊系統，該系統不但可提供台東地區各類地工環境資訊之文字、圖層、衛星影像、及屬性資料之展示查詢，更可提供台東地區各鄉鎮建設發展方案所需地工環境災害管理方案研擬之基礎。

To investigate the geo-environmental characteristics of Taitung County, the geographic information system (GIS) and remote sensing (RS) techology have been adopted to establish a database system that collects the geo-environmental data from the field investigations. All of the geo-environmental data collected by GPS are integrated with other database to form a complete database system for the county. The result can be displayed from the ArcView GIS system. This database system can simultaneously display data from caption image layers and attribute data. It is expected that the developed database system will be useful for the management and maintenance of Taitung city and the development of small areas in eastern Taiwan.
