以六標準差方法改善中鋼第一熱軋帶工場電磁鋼片邊緣鼓起問題

Using Six Sigma method to Solve Electrical Steel Build up Problem in CSC No.1 HSM

摘要


電磁鋼片於熱軋若邊緣鼓起量大,至冷軋TCM或PLCM入料端,會因邊緣鼓起,其工輥側移需退回,軋延會降速。至冷軋ACL(退火塗覆線)或CAL#1(連續退火線),會造成寬度方向兩邊厚度差異,造成冷軋品質剔退。本文將介紹以六標準差方法及使用Minitab分析軟體來改善第一熱軋鋼帶工場電磁鋼片邊緣鼓起問題。

Electrical Steel has sides build up problem in hot strip mill (HSM). If the build up is greater than 10um, the electrical steel coil is not allowed to enter the TCM (No.1 Pickling and Cold rolling Mill) or PLCM (No.2 Pickling and Cold rolling Mill). This causes work roll shift run back and time delay. If the defect coil gets into ACL (No.1 Annealing and Coating Line) or CAL#1(No.1 Continuous Annealing Line), it causes the thickness difference between the two sides and thereby the rejection of the coil. We applied the Six Sigma method and used Minitab analysis software to solve the buied up problem in No.1 Hot Strip Mill.
