摘要


電氣鋼片於熱軋若邊緣鼓起量大,至冷軋TCM(第一酸洗冷軋線)或PLCM(第二酸洗冷軋線)入料端,會因邊緣鼓起,其工輥側移需退回,軋延會降速。至冷軋ACL(退火塗覆線)或CAL#1(連續退火線),會造成寬度方向兩邊厚度差異,造成冷軋品質剔退。本文將介紹以六標準差手法及使用Minitab分析軟體來改善第一熱軋鋼帶工場電氣鋼片邊緣鼓起缺陷。

Electrical Steel has Build Up problem in Hot Strip Mill (HSM). If the Build Up amount is bigger than 10um, the defect coil will not allow to enter the TCM (No.1 Pickling and Cold rolling Mill) or PLCM (No.2 Pickling and Cold rolling Mill) mill. At that time, their work roll shift needs run back, changes to flat crown roll and it causes some time delay. If the defect coil gets into ACL (No.1 Annealing and Coating Line) or CAL#1 (No.1 Continuous Annealing Line), it will cause the thickness difference between both sides at strip profile and the coil will be rejected. This paper will introduce that we applied the Six Sigma method and used Minitab analysis software to improve the Build Up defect of Electrical Steel in No.1 Hot Strip Mill and has a good result.
