不同工作週期對直流脈衝電漿化學氣相沉積法蒸鍍DLC薄膜於氮氧化處理JISSKD11工具鋼之研究

Characteristics of DLC Films Coated on Oxynitriding-treated jisskd11 Tool Steel

摘要


JIS SKD11工具鋼是常用的冷作模具鋼之一,為了提高其使用壽命,經常使用表面處理來保護內部的材料。本研究中使用直流脈衝電漿化學氣相沉積法,將類鑽碳(Diamond-like Carbon, DLC)薄膜沉積於氮氧化處理後的SKD11工具鋼上,而為了探討DLC薄膜的性質,我們利用拉曼分析、磨耗測試、硬度測試及腐蝕試驗等方法。實驗結果顯示,所有參數的薄膜被覆性都相當優越,其中以工作週期為8%的單極性負脈衝電壓具有最佳的薄膜性質,其表面硬度最高可達Hv_(0.025)2621.0,並且在滑動速度0.05 m.s^(-1)與荷重200g的磨耗試驗中,擁有最低之磨耗體積損失量(5.20×10^(-3) mm^3);此外,在腐蝕試驗中,最佳的氮氧化/DLC複合鍍層,在3.5 wt% NaCl腐蝕環境下,具有最低的腐蝕電流(I_(corr)=1.83×10^(-5) A.cm^(-2))及最高的極化電阻(R_p=4811.1 Ω.cm^2)。

JIS SKD11 tool steel is commonly used as cold work tool steel. In order to improve the tool life, a thin film is used to protect the integrity of the inner material. In this study, the diamond-like carbon (DLC) thin film was prepared by DC-pulsed PECVD. We used Raman spectroscopy analysis, wear tests, hardness tests and corrosion resistance inspections to evaluate the properties of the DLC films coated on the oxynitriding/ DLC-treated SKD11 tool steel. Experimental results showed that all the DLC films have excellent adhesivity. The duplex coating layers had optimal properties when the work cycles maintained at 8% of unipolar negativepulsed voltage: highest surface hardness (Hv_(0.025) 2621.0) and lowest wear volume loss (5.20×10^(-3) mm^3) when the sliding speed maintained at 0.05 m.s^(-1) and load of 200 g. The optimal oxynitriding/DLC duplex coating had the lowest corrosion current (Icorr = 1.83×10-5 A.cm^(-2)) and the highest polarization resistance (Rp = 4811.1 Ω.cm^2) in 3.5 wt% NaCl solutions.
