摘要
在菇舍外堆積中及上床後之堆肥，線蟲數量較少，覆土前後顯著的減少，採菇期間略增加，堆肥內之線蟲種類，以Rhabditis sp.佔絕大部份。 當溫度較高時，Rhabditis sp.之繁殖旺盛而抑止洋菇菌絲生長，並可使菌絲消失。在試管內之堆肥或培養基上洋菇菌絲消失，顯然的與Phabditis sp.數量多寡有關。Phabditis sp.之致死溫度爲50℃ 20分鍾或55℃ 5分鍾。

In mushroom cultivation, population of nematodes in the outdoor-heaped or of indoor-boded compost was the highest before spawning. It decreased apparently after casing, but increased slightly at harvesting stage. Rhabditis sp. was the major species found in the compost in 1967-1968. The reproduction of Rhabditis sp. was more vigorous at 25-28℃ than at 15℃. The high population of Rhabditis sp. in the compost or on the agar medium may be responsible for the decrease or disappearance of mushroom mycelium. Rhabditis sp. in aqueous solution lost its activty at 50℃ in 20 minutes or at 55℃ in 5 minutes.
