菇床洒水量與洋菇産量關係之研究

Study on the Relationship between the Quantity of Watering and the Yield of Mushroom

摘要


菇床洒水量以每坪每日平均1.8kg(約爲1.8公升)較爲適合(每0.033坪每日洒水150gm左右)30天産量每坪可達19.6kg加倍用水(每坪每日平均3.6kg約3.6公升)或減半用水(每坪每日平均0.9kg,約0.9公升)時,30天中産量在統計分析上與前述洒水處理之立量差異雖不顯著,但均有偏低之趨勢。減半用水由於菇體含水量顯著減少,至使産量偏低,加倍用水則因菇體數目有減少之趨勢,胡産量也可能減少。同時減半洒水因菇體含水量顯著減少,故也影響品質。不同洒水處理對蓋土含水量有直接顯著之影響,加倍用水時因爲土壤保水能力有限,故含水量增加不多,但減半用水時,蓋土之含水量顯著減少,致使菇體之含水量也隨之降低,同時促使洋菇向堆肥中吸收水分,胡減少洒水時,堆肥含水量也有偏低之趨勢。

Results were reported from three different casing soil-watering treatments, averaging of 09 (A). 1.8 (B), and 3.5 (C) kg. of water suppling on one tsubo of bed per day. Similar yields, number of mushrooms and average weight of mushrooms in 30 picking days were obtained, but the treatment B was the beat. The moisture content of mushroom, casing soil and compost were the lowest in treatment A, and the highest in treatment C. It seemed that the average of 1.8kg of water suppling on one tsubo of bed per day was the optimum condition for mushroom production. (1 tsubo=0.00082 acrc)
