臺灣主要栽培的十字花科蔬菜雜交親和性之調查

摘要


本試驗爲調查本省栽培的十字花科主要蔬菜之雜交親和性,發現在同一染色體組(Genome)裏各品種雜交親和性極強,不同染色體組間A×AC(白菜類×油菜類),以及A×AB(油菜類×芥菜類)亦有甚高之雜交親和性,其餘組合之雜交親和性甚低。大甲扁甲芥菜在本試驗中與染色體組A及C具有親和性。

1. This experiment was designed to study on the crossability between same or different genomes of cruciferae vegetables in Taiwan, hoping that we can take it as a reference in the practice of seed-production, as in developing artificial synthesis variety in different genomes. 2. The results show that, it seems there is high cross-compatibility between the varieties of the same genomes. But in different genomes, only that between A×AC (B campestries×B. napus), and between AC×AB (B. napus × B. juncea) are rather high, while that between others is none, or low. 3. An exceptional phenomenon has been found in one of the varieties of juncea named Dah-Chya, Peng-cha Mustard which possesses cross-compatibility with genome A. and genome C. worth for further investigation. 4. Seeds harvested from the resulted combination in this experiment will be investigated for their germination, F1 modality, and its practical value for commercial purpose on the coming September.
