The Effect of Synergized Allethrin on Heteropeza pygmaea Larva and Mycelial Growth of Agaricus bisporus in vitro

摘要


培養基含有增效濟safroxan之除蟲菊精C之4,000倍液,可完全阻止白色癭蠅幼蟲繁殖,而含有增效劑MGK-264及piperonyl butoxide之除蟲菊精A及含有增效劑cynapirin之除蟲菊精B則否。四種增效劑中,影響洋菇菌絲生長最大者是piperonyl butoxide及safroxan,另兩種MGL-264及cynapirin對洋菇菌絲生長有中度抑制現象。D-trans allethrin,二甲苯及乳化劑則無顯著影響。

Malt extract agar media whicl contain diffent chemicals were used for comparing the mycelial growth of mushroom (Agaricus bisporus). The reults showed that the media contained the synergists, piperonyl butoxide and safroxan strongly inhibited the mycelial growth while cynapirin and MGK-264 inhibited the growth moderately. D-trans allethrin xylene and two emulsions did not depress the mycelial growth. The propagation of cecid larva (Heteropeza pygmaea was completely depressed by the Synergized Allethrin A (contains synergist safroxan), while Synergized Allethrin A (contains synergist MGK-264 and piperonyl butoxide) and Synergized Allethrin B(contains synergist cynapirin) showed no effect.
