除蟲菊藥劑對洋菜培養基上洋菇菌絲生長之影響
The Effect of Synergized Pyrethrin on the Growth of Mushroom Mycelium
摘要
除蟲菊葉劑成分中，影響洋菇菌絲生長最者爲Piperonyl butoxide及Safroxan等兩種增效劑，除蟲菊芤劑之有效成分Pynamin及Pyrethrims等其他成分則影響較少。除蟲菊葉劑中Takasacide 4-40(A), Takasacide4-40(B), Takasacide W. P. Safrocide 4-40及除蟲菊乳劑因含有增效劑，故抑制洋菇菌絲生長之程度均相當高。

Results of experiment indicated that piperonyl butoxide and safroxan was strongly inhibited by the growth of the mushroom mycelium, less affected by pynamin and pyrethrins. Because of the synergist (piperonyl butoxide or safroxan) are contained in Takascide 4-40(A), Takasacide 4-40(B), Takasacide W.P, Safrocide 4-40 and pyrethrum emulsifiable concentrate, the growth of mushroom mycelium is highly influenced by these chamicals.
