溫度對蘆筍形態發生之影響

Effect of Temperature on the Morphogenesis of Asparagus officinalis Linn.

摘要


在人工氣候室中用砂耕在不同溫度處理下栽培蘆筍幼苗;溫度處理日/夜溫度爲20/15,25/20及30/25℃,與各該溫度處理相對應之蘆筍各具六,四及三個月之周期性,顯示高溫時代謝較快,生長較遠;形態上得於莖葉之發育。

Asparagus was cultivated by using sand culture in phytotron. All growth factors except temperature were kept constant. Three temperature treatments were set at 20/15, 25/20 and 30/25 ℃, day/night diurnally throughout the growing period. A remarkable periodical change of shoot/root ratio was observed. The duration of one period were 6, 4 and 3 months respectively. The trend of the changes of sugar content in the roots coincided with the periodical pulse of shoot/root ratio. The observed phenomena suggest that there are alternative dominance of two operative systems i.e. consumption of storage during new vegetative growth and formation of storage as the shoot maturing, which resulted in the characteristic sine curve of asparagus whole plant growth.
