溫度對臺南1號洋葱抽苔開花之影響
Effects of Temperature on Bolting and Flowering of Onion cv. Tainan No. 1
摘要
臺南1號洋葱鱗莖經9℃低溫處理0、4、8及12週後，種植於民國69與70年期，調查低溫量對植株抽苔開花之結果，指出低溫處理週數對植株抽苔率、花莖數及開花指數均隨低溫週數之增加而提高之趨勢；抽苔日數與總花數則呈減少之結果；但對抽苔至開花日數則無顯著差異。

In 1980 and 1981, onion cultivar of Tainan No. 1 were stored in 9℃ for 0, 4, 8, and 12 weeks in order to study the effect of low temperature on flowering of the plants. Results showed that bulbs stored longer period in 9℃ could increase the bolting percentage, number of flower stalks and ratio of flower stalk number to bulb division number, but days to bolting and total number of flowers per plant were decreased. The days from bolting to first flower open was not significantly affected by the time in low temperature storage.
