Effects of Shiitake Spawn Lines on the Production of Dry Shiitake Shiang-Gu/Hua-Gu Log Wood Cultivation

摘要

本文以四種香菇菌種品系，即366號，367號，368號，及369號，每品系接種在3噸長尾尖錐櫧段木上生產花菇與香菇約二年。結果顯示以368號品系最適合生產花菇，即在1987年2月接種到1958年1~3月即可生產花菇約26公斤，培育二年至1989年二月約可生產35公斤花菇及65公斤香菇。
栽培要點如下：1．選擇適當菌種品系：如368號冬天菇菌種。
2．368號品系之特點為可生產菇體大而圓、屬白花毯色，且菇體重而多上級品之花菇及一般香菇。
3．在陽光照射日接種。
4．段木培養場所需(a)通風(b)有光線照射(c)有防雨設施(d)要排水良好。
5．場內濕度宜保持在60%以內。段木培養期間如在2月間接種至翌年1~3月間（北部地區）爲花菇主要產期，8~13℃爲花菇生產之適合溫度。

Effects of 4 shiitake lines, i.e. #365, 367, 368 and 369 on the dry shiitake Shiang-gu and Hua-gu production by 3 tons of Chinkapin log wood for each line were compared. Results showed that #368 line could produce the highest amount of Hua-gu. The log woods were inoculated in Febuary, 1987. Total for 2 years of log wood cultivation, 35 Kg of dry Hua-gu and 65 Kg of dry shiang-gu were produced by line #368. Total yield and grade of dry shiang-gu and Hua-gu are given for each line.
Production conditions are recommended as follows for Hua-gu production in Taiwan:
1. Select proper Shiitake line: #368 winter shiitake line.
2. The #368 Shiitake line could produce white and black color, big and round heavy weight fruiting bodies and good quality Hua-gu and normal Shiang-gu.
3. Inoculate spasms on chinkapin log wood on shining days of Febuary.
4. The location for shiitake cultivation should he in good ventilation, with sun light, good driange and rain-preventing facilities are also required. Humility not exceed 60% are essential.
5. The production of Hua-gu in Taiwan seas mainly from January to March. Therefore, temperature ranged from 8-13℃ are suitable for the production of Hua-gu.
