叢枝菌根菌Acaulospora scrobiculata對羅氏鹽膚木苗木生長之效應

自雲林縣古坑鄉草嶺崩塌地區,羅氏鹽膚木根圈土壤中分離出優勢叢枝菌根菌,Acaulospora scrobiculata,經繁殖後,接種至羅氏鹽膚木苗木,7個月後,觀察對苗木之苗高、根頸直徑、生物量、葉面積、葉片數及節間長度之影響。叢枝菌根菌A .scrobiculata可與羅氏鹽膚木苗木根部形成良好之叢枝菌根,單一介質接種組(P1M1)苗木平均苗高淨生長量36.00±1.85 cm、根頸直徑淨生長量6.88±0.32 mm、總乾重28.89±1.50 g、總葉面積1596.70±72.15 平方公分、葉片數55.67±1.15片、節間長度3.25±0.29 cm,均顯著高於單一介質未接種組(P1M0)者之平均苗高淨生長量18.63±0.83 cm、根頸直徑淨生長量5.45±0.22 mm、總乾重14.40±0.40g、總葉面積966.77±46.37平方公分、葉片數46.33±1.53片、節間長度2.25±0.29 cm。且混合介質之生長也比單一介質為佳。本研究證實叢枝菌根菌A. scrobiculata可有效促進羅氏鹽膚木苗木之生長。

The objective of this study was to examine the effects of mycorrhizal fungi on growth of Rhus chinensis seedlings. Rhus chinensis seedlings were inoculated with a dominant arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus, Acaulospora scrobiculata, which was isolated from the rhizosphere of Rhus chinensis growing in the landslide of Chao-Ling, Gu-Keng, Yun-Lin county. After seven months of incubation, roots of Rhus chinensis seedlings were found to form arbuscular mycorrhiza with A. scrobiculata. The averaged net height (36.00±1.85 cm), net root collar diameter (6.88±0.32 mm), total dry weight (28.89±1.50 g), leaf area (1596.70±72.15 cm^2), leaf blades length (55.67±1.15 cm), and internode length (3.25±0.29 cm) of single-medium inoculated seedlings (P1M1) were significantly higher than the single-medium non-inoculated ones (P1M0) which had averaged net height (18.6±0.83 cm), net root collar diameter (5.45±0.22 mm), total dry weight (14.40±0.40 g), leaf area (966.77±46.37 cm^2), leaf blades length (46.33±1.53 cm), and internode length (2.25±0.29 cm). The growth of the seedlings was greater in mixed medium than in single medium. This study showed that A. scrobiculata could stimulate the growth of Rhus chinensis.
