溫度與相對濕度對褐根病菌孢子釋放影響之初探

The Preliminary Study on the Effects of Temperature and Relative Humidity on Spore Liberation of Brown Root Rot Fungus

摘要


本研究於林業試驗所嘉義山仔頂植物園選定六個較具活性的褐根病菌子實體做為實驗對象,每隔兩小時於子實體下方置換培養皿收集褐根病菌孢子,收集日期自2011年8月21日至2011年8月25日。根據所獲得的孢子數據,發現每段期間皆有孢子飄落,且各期間孢子的收集量不一。故我們針對溫度與相對濕度兩個可能影響之氣候因子,探討其對褐根病菌孢子釋放之影響。而研究結果發現溫度對孢子釋放影響甚小,相對濕度對孢子釋放則呈現負相關,然其相關性並非於所有採集點皆為顯著。若探討溫度與相對濕度兩者同時對褐根病菌孢子釋放所產生的影響,六個調查其中僅有一個採集點所得資料具有顯著的聯合解釋能力。本研究結果僅知相對濕度對褐根病菌抱子釋放有某種程度的影響,可為未來研究之參考方向。

Six active fruiting bodies of Phellinus noxius at Chaiyi Botanical Garden, Taiwan Forestry Research Institute, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan were chosen for this study. Phellinus noxius spores were collected with plastic petri dish beneath the fruiting body and replaced every two hours, from 21st August 2011 to 25th August 2011. According to the investigated data, Phellinus noxius spores were found to release at all times, but the amount showed variation. Therefore, we focus on two climatic factors, temperature and relative humidity, to investigate the relationship between these two factors and the release of spores. Preliminary result of this research found that temperature has almost no effect on releases of spores, whereas the relative humidity shows to have some effects. The relationship between relative humidity and releases of spores is negative, but its correlation is not significant in all the places. We found only in one out of six places that temperature and relative humidity in combination affected the release of Phellinus noxius spores. This preliminary research concludes that only the relative humidity affect, to some degree, the release of Phellinus noxius spores. The investigation results may be needful for prevention of the disease in the field, whereas further studies are still necessary in the future.
