飼糧中添加複合型益生菌醱酵大豆粕對白肉雞生長性能、血液性狀、腸道菌相及組織性狀之影響

Growth Performance, Serum Lipid Trait, Intestinal Microflora and Histological Alterations of Broilers Fed Diets Contain Multi-Strain Probiotic Fermented Soybean Meal

摘要


本研究旨在探討飼糧中添加複合型益生菌醱酵大豆粕(Multi-strain probiotic fermented soybean meal,MPFS)對白肉雞生長性能及生理性狀之影響。本試驗共分為對照組(基礎飼糧)、抗生素組(基礎飼糧+抗生素)及MPFS組(基礎飼糧+ 3% MPFS)。在生長性能方面,飼糧中添加MPFS顯著改善平均增重及平均採食量(P < 0.05)。而飼糧中添加抗生素則顯著改善平均增重及飼料利用效率(P < 0.05)。此外,MPFS組之總膽固醇、三酸甘油酯及低密度脂蛋白膽固醇均顯著較對照組低(P < 0.05)。在腸道生理方面,MPFS可降低雞隻大腸桿菌及增加乳酸菌數。此外,MPFS亦能增加十二指腸絨毛高度及腺窩深度(P < 0.05)。綜上所述,白肉雞飼糧中添加MPFS可改善生長性能、脂質利用及腸道生理。

This study examined the effects of multi-strain probiotic fermented soybean meal (MPFS) on growth performance, serum lipid trait, intestinal microflora, and the histology of broilers. Three hundred and sixty broilers were randomly allotted into three treatments in terms of control (basal diet), antibiotics (basal diet + antibiotics), and MPFS (basal diet + 3% MPFS). The results showed dietary MPFS supplementation could improve average weight gain (AWG) and average feed intake (P < 0.05). On the other hand, dietary antibiotics supplementation had better AWG and feed efficiency (P < 0.05). In serum lipid trait, birds fed with MPFS could decrease cholesterol, TG and LDL-C (P < 0.05). Further, MPFS could decrease E.coli and increase lactic acid bacteria in the intestinal tract (P < 0.05). In intestinal histological observation, MPFS could significantly increase the villus height and crypt depth of the duodenum (P < 0.05). In conclusion, dietary supplementation with MPFS could improve growth performance, lipid metabolism, intestinal microflora balance, and histological shape.
