香菇菌株品系鑑定之研究-API-ZYM酵素分析系統之應用

摘要


爲再創本省香菇栽培業之蓬勃發展,尋求簡便而可靠之菌種篩選及品系鑑定方法,建立菌種註冊管理制度,以鼓勵菌種商培育優良菌種,確爲當務之急。API-ZYM酵素分析系統係根據生化反應原理而設計者,應用於酵素活性之測定。本試驗以國內外收集之三十七株香菇菌,經API-ZYM酵素分析系統分析結果可歸納於十九個品系;其中有單一菌株爲單一品系者,但亦有多數菌株同歸於同一品系者,由此可推知API-ZYM酵素分析系統確有菌株品系鑑定之功能;同時亦可推知目前一般茵種商提供之菌株,多數彼此間具有類緣關係;更可由各菌株酵素系統之完整性,供爲菌種篩選之參考。

The methods used for screening and authenticating of cell line are major components for establishing a registration system of shiitake varieties. The system is very important for the further development of the shiitake industry. Based or biochemical theories, API-ZYM enzyme testing system is designed for measure enzymatic activitics. In this study, thirty-seven isolator of Lentinus edodes wore collected from the wild strains and cultivated strains. Using of API-ZYM enzyme system analysis, all those steams ran be classified into 19 grasps. Some troops contained only one strain in each group and some contained many strains in one group. Prom those results can conclude that the API-ZYM enzyme testing system is a rapid method for cell line authenticating and strains per-screenning.
