香蕉黃葉病菌在鑑定培養基上之菌落形態比較

摘要


由台灣各地罹病蕉株分離得到的118株香蕉黃葉病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense)菌株在K-2培養基上生長的菌落形態並不完全一致。其中一株由Latundan蕉分離到的生理小種-1型菌株呈粉紅色放射狀菌落,而117株由Cavendish蕉分離的生理小種-4型菌株,雖然大部份會產生放射狀菌落,但仍有11.9%的菌株無放射狀之特性。由Cavendish、Dwarf Cavendish或Latundan蕉分離的菌株,在DBG培養基上照光或黑暗處理培養之菌落形態可能不同,且各不同香蕉品種寄主來源的菌株群皆可能具有第l、II或Ill型的菌落形態。病原菌單胞株後代在K-2及DBG培養基上的菌落形態穩定性不同且變異性頗大。結果顯示病原菌在K-2及DBG培養基上的菌落形態並不能用來當作生理小種-1型與生理小種-4型鑑定的依據。

One hundred and eighteen isolates of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense were isolated from diseased bananas in Taiwan. The morphological characters of these isolates varied on modified Komada's (K-2) medium. Among them, one isolate of race 1 derived from diseased Latundan formed pink laciniate colony, but 11.9% of the other 117 isolates of race 4 which were isolated from diseased Cavendish did not have the laciniate colony-character. Isolates of the fungus isolated from Cavendish, Dwarf Cavendish or Latundan grown on DBG medium under light or dark condition might form different colony types. Isolates from different banana varieties might form group I, II, and III colony types on DBG medium. Colony types of progenies derived from single spore of the fungus grown on K-2 or DBG medium were inconsistent and the variation occurred at a high frequency. The results concluded that race 1 and race 4 of F. oxysporum f. sp. cubense can not be differentiated by the cultural characteristics on K-2 or DBG medium.
