摘要
“一人圖書館”顧名思義，即是由一個人管理圖書館，因此館員必須負責圖書館的各項業務，諸如：採訪、分編、流通、參考，甚至圖書館自動化…等。本文是作者藉初任教師研習會圖書館的親身體驗，來探討一人圖書館的經營，除對機構稍做介紹外，並將初至圖書館時所面臨的問題及採取的對策加以敘述，做為彼此的經驗分享。

The meaning of ”one man library” is single-staff management of a library, therefore this librarian should handle all the duties of the library, such as acquisition, cataloging, circulation, reader services, and library automation etc.. In this article, I attempt to discuss the management of ”one man library” through my own experiences in the library of IEST, including the problems I encountered, and the strategies I made to solve the problems.
