網路教學在公共圖書館館員繼續教育上的應用

摘要

為持續加強專業能力，公共圖書館館員可透過各種繼續教育管道進行學習，確保知識和技能不斷得到增新與補充，以提供讀者更高品質的資訊服務。隨著網路產業的興起，網路教學已成為圖書館員重要的繼續教育管道，本文旨在探討網路教學在圖書館員繼續教育中扮演的角色，並以臺北市立圖書館遠距學習中心為例說明網路教學在公共圖書館館員教育訓練上的應用。

To provide high quality information services, public librarians might attend the continuing education events to enhance the professional competencies continuously. With the emerging power of the Internet industries, the Web-based learning is considered as an important method of continuing education. This article discusses the roles of the Web-based learning in field of the librarian continuing education, and takes the Taipei Public Library as an example to introduce how to apply the Web-based Learning to public librarians training programs.
