皮黴菌病患者之黴菌培養所見
Mycological Study of Patients with Dermatophytosis in the Tri-Service General Hospital
摘要
民國六十八年一月至十二月一年內，在三軍總醫院皮膚科門診部自一百二十七位表淺黴菌病患者收集了376個標本；取自皮膚者325個、毛髮者16個、指甲者35個，全部作黴菌培養分析。並觀察皮黴菌試驗培養基（Dermatophyte Test Medium，DTM）與Sabouraud's-Dextrose Agar（簡稱S-D agar）培養基二者之培養結果。發現最常見之黴菌為紅色毛髮癬菌（Trichophyton rubrum）。其中DTM培養基的陽性率高於S-D agar培養基，且其臨床應用也較為方便。

Probably because of being in subtropical area, many patients with superficial fungus infections were seen in the Dermatology Clinic of the Tir-Service General Hospital. 127 cases at random were collected from January 1, to December 31, 1979 for mycological study. 376 specimens were taken from lesions of the skin, hair and nail for culture for fungus. The result showed the epidemiological importence of Trichophyton rubrum in this study.
