Studies in Natural Products V. Study on Metabolic Substances Produced by Actinomucor

摘要


Actinomucor elegans為醱酵豆腐乳之菌種之一,於Czapek-Dox-potato-glutamate培養基內振盪培養10日後取出,將之過濾分成菌絲體及濾液二部分。菌絲體以丙酮冷浸,再以正己烷萃取,經減壓濃縮,以矽膠柱層分離後得棕櫚酸(palmitic acid)及硬脂酸(stearic acid),自正己烷萃取物經鹼水解後再以矽膠柱層分離得ergosterol,復自正己烷萃取物經酸鹼處理後所得之中性部分以矽膠柱層分離得另一sterol。又自濾液部分之乙酸乙酯萃取液內分離tyrosol。

Actirwmucor elegans was inoculated in the Czapek-Dox-potato -glutamate medium and incubated in a reciprocating shaker at 26-28° for 10 days. It was filtered and divided into two parts, the mycelia and the broth. From the n-hexane extracts of the mycelia were isolated palmitic acid, stearic acid and ergosterol. From the ethyl acetate extracts of the broth, a phenolic compound, tyrosol, was isolated. All the compounds isolated were identified by their mp and spectral data.
