摘要

臺灣地區由於社會型態轉變，接受鼻整形手術之人日漸增加；因國情的不同，歐美的鼻整形植入物質多為自體移植物，而本地多為人工植入物，兩者各有其優缺點。人工植入物有較高的術後感染率，自體移植物則有易移動，易被吸收的缺點，謹慎選擇植入物質及良好術前評估，可避免許多術後併發症。鼻整形術後並發症包括有感染、外鼻變形、鼻中隔彎曲、鼻中隔穿孔、出血、鼻塞等。本科於民國85年經歷一例鼻整形術後併發感染，經鼻中膈軟骨間切口，將矽質人工植入物取出，術後經抗生素治療，門診追蹤迄今並無發炎感染之跡象。

Since the society transforms, more and more people receive rhinoplasty in Taiwan. Most of them chosen materials are artificial ones, However, the autograft implantation is likely to be used in Europe and North America. Each of these materials has disadvantages such as a high incidence of post-operative infection in artificial implant operation and easy to be absorbed and dislocated in autograft implantation. So, it is important to choose the proper material and make a good design before the operation that can avoid the post-operative complications. The complications of rhinoplasty include infection, nasal deformity, septum deviation, septum perforation, hemorrhage and nasal obstruction etc. A 20 y/o male patient was suffered from post-rhinoplasty infection in Nov, 1996. The silastic implant was removed through intercartilaginous incision and antibiotics was prescribed. There was no any inflammation in our OPD following up till now.
