Pleomorphic adenomas are uncommon outside the major salivary glands. It is rare in the nasal cavity and only near 50 cases have been reported in the English literature till now. Two new cases were encountered and managed in our hospital in recent two years. Both of them suffered from progressing unilateral nasal obstruction and easy epistaxis. CT scan provided an accurate and definite diagnosis of tumor extension. Total excision with some septal mucosa was performed smoothly viaintranasal approach. Their pathologic characteristic finding was plemorphic adenoma with highly cellular (epithet-lial) component. There are no recurrence since then.
