摘要

多型性腺瘤（混合瘤）是唾液腺的良性腫瘤，常見於耳下腺及下頜下腺等主要唾液腺，至於發生在咽、喉、氣管、淚腺及鼻腔則比較少見，臨床上，鼻中隔多型性腺瘤易被誤認為是鼻息肉。本院於民國86年9月經歷1病例，患者為38歲男性，主訴鼻塞約有五年之久。檢查發現為一約1.0×0.6 cm腫瘤，位於鼻中隔左側上，經病理組織切片檢查為多型性腺瘤。患者術後於門診追蹤至今，預後良好，無腫瘤復發現象。

Pleomorphic adenoma (mixed tumor) is the most common benign tumor of the salivary glands. It is considered to occur primarily in the major salivary gland such as the parotid and submandibular glands but rarely occurs in larynx, pharynx, trachea, lacrimal gland, and the sinonasal tract.
The patient, a 38-year-old male, presented to our ENT clinic with the chief complain of progressive nasal obstruction for 5 years. Physical examination revealed a tumor mass about 1.0×0.6 cm in size over left side of nasal septum. The histopathological report revealed a pleomorphic adenoma. After excisional biopsy, he was followed up regularyly without evidence of recurrence until now.
