It is considered to occur primarily in the major salivary gland such as the parotid and submandibular glands but rarely occurs in larynx, pharynx, trachea, lacrimal gland, and the sinonasal tract. The patient, a 38-year-old male, presented to our ENT clinic with the chief complain of progressive nasal obstruction for 5 years. Physical examination revealed a tumor mass about 1.0×0.6 cm in size over left side of nasal septum. The histopathological report revealed a pleomorphic adenoma.
