Nasal Hemangioendothelioma – Report of Two Cases
鼻腔血管內皮瘤－二例報告
摘要
台中榮民總醫院耳喉科從1991年以來經歷2例鼻腔血管內皮瘤。1名7歲女孩在一星期來持續流鼻血，鼻內視鏡檢查在右下鼻甲的後端看到一個紅色腫塊。1名33歲男性病患在二個月來斷斷續續流鼻血，鼻內視鏡檢查在左上鼻道看到一個出血的腫塊。在鼻內視鏡下，這二個腫塊被完全切除，他們沒有接受其他後續的治療，且經過5年多的追蹤，並沒有發現復發的現象。

Two cases of nasal hemangioendothelioma were reported. One was a 7 year-old girl suffered from continuous epistaxis for a week. Nasal endoscopy revealed a reddish tumor mass over the posterior end of the right inferior turbinate. The other was a 33 year-old male complained of left epistaxis for 2 months. Nasal endoscopy revealed a hemorrhagic tumor mass in the left superior meatus. Both tumors were completely removed under the endoscope. No further management was given. After more than a 5-year follow-up, these two patients are still free from the disease.
