摘要

本研究之目的在探討出院後燒傷病患健康信念、社會支持與自我照顧之關係，乃描述性相關研究，採便利取樣方式，對象源於南部一所區域醫院門診、北部某社會福利基金會及某兩家彈性衣公司之出院一個月至二年內，經醫師建議需接受壓力治療與復健者。以健康信念量表、社會支持量表及自我照顧量表進行資料收集，共計有92份有效問卷。資料以描述性統計、皮爾森相關和複迴歸分析等方法整理。研究結果顯示：（1）燒傷病患出院後自我照顧以皮膚照顧最佳，疤痕預防照顧最差。（2）72.8%的燒傷病患對出院後自我照顧感到困難。（3）年齡、職業狀況、經濟狀況及截肢與燒傷病患出院後自我照顧有統計上的差異。（4）燒傷部位愈多，燒傷病患自我照顧情形愈差。（5）出院燒傷病患之健康信念與自我照顧呈正相關。（6）出院燒傷病患之社會支持與自我照顧呈正相關。（7）出院燒傷病患自我照顧之最佳預測變項為健康信念、燒傷部位多寡、父母為主要經濟來源與社會支持，共可解釋之變異量為29.1%。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships of health belief and social support to self-care in burn patients after discharge. This was a descriptive correlational research. Ninety-two patients who have received pressure therapy and rehabilitation were recruited from the OPD in a regional hospital, a foundation and two pressure garment companies. The data was collected by using structured questionnaires. The findings of this research were as follows: (1) In patients' self-care, the care of skin was the best, and scar prevention was the worst. (2) Seventy-three percents of discharged burn patients felt that the self-care was difficult. (3) There were significant effects of age, occupation, economical status, and amputation status on patient's self-care. (4) The more burn parts, the poorer the patients' self-care. (5) There was a positive relationship between patients' self-care and health belief. (6) The correlation between patients' self-care and social support was positive. (7) The best predictive variables for the patient's self-care were health belief, financial support from parents, burn parts and social support, which indicated 29.1% of variance.
